If your Afterglow is not functioning properly, please stop using it and contact our friendly support team as soon as possible.
Your Afterglow can be recharged via the USB adapter port located beneath the silicon button at the base. Just place your fingernail in the slot to open, insert the included USB cable and attach the charger. The red charging light will turn off when your Afterglow is fully charged, and may flicker as the device approaches full charge.
Do not use your Afterglow while it’s charging.
We recommend using only water-based lubricants, such as Afterdark.
Please do not use massage oils, petroleum jellies or hand creams as they can damage your Afterglow and cause skin irritation.
Always clean your Afterglow with a moist lint-free cloth such as those used for cleaning eyeglasses. You may also use gentle antibacterial soap if you wish.
