Please refer to our Warranty and No-Fault insurance policies to determine if you are eligible for a replacement or discount on a new device. Secondary to the intimate nature of adult products only unopened items may be returned for refunds. If you qualify for a Warranty claim, No-Fault insurance Claim or an unopened product refund, please fill out the form below to receive an RMA number for instructions on returning your device.
